GRAIN DE RIZ YOGA, THE YOGA CLASS THAT MAKES SENSE FOR YOU AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Practicing Yoga is opening up to this philosophy that leads us to a greater spirituality. It is a whole art of living that requires respect for oneself and others and that requires to fight against the obstacles and weaknesses of our world.

 

Ana Sofia is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher for all levels. She transmits the importance and benefits of Yoga with group classes: 

  • Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic form of Yoga. Deep muscle toning, improved posture and mobility of the spine, all the benefits of traditional yoga.

  • Children's Yoga to discover yoga postures in a playful way by dancing or imitating animals but also to get to know your body better and develop your balance.

  • And Yoga Therapy with Prenatal, Postnatal, Knee Health, Back Rehabilitation or Osteoporosis classes.

 

No need to be flexible or very athletic to participate. The most important thing is to respect your body and adapt your practice to your goals, whether they are physical or spiritual. 

 

In order to complete this practice, Ana supports reforestation in Switzerland to preserve and create the forests of the future with species adapted to climate change. Thus, a Yoga class with "Grain de riz" will benefit your body and the planet.
